Course Description

When preparing for a listing presentation, real estate professionals must be able to provide potential clients with the most current market information on recent sales activity and substantiate how this will help in the sale of their home. During this course, students will learn how to:

 

  • Run searches for comparable properties
  • Prepare a Quick CMA for a quick "by the numbers" spreadsheet report
  • Research a Subject property
  • Build a presentation CMA by using the CMA Wizard tool
  • Run real time Statistical reports for graphical representation of data
  • Run Hotsheet reports to keep current with the market
